Terms and Conditions: Social Media Strategy for Small Business Masterclass

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Media Strategy for Small Business Masterclass (the "Masterclass"), an online learning platform operated by Three Point Social LLC ("Three Point Social," "we," "us," or "our") via Thinkific.com, based in Sherman Oaks, California. By accessing and using the Masterclass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Masterclass.


Masterclass Content:

1.1. The Masterclass provides educational content, including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, resources, and other materials related to social media strategy for small businesses.

1.2. The content of the Masterclass is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Three Point Social does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content, and you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided.


Registration and Payment:

2.1 To access the Masterclass, you must register and create an account on Thinkific.com.

2.2. By registering for the Masterclass, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2.3. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register for and use the Masterclass.

2.4. Payment for the Masterclass is required at the time of registration, and all prices are listed in US dollars.

2.5. All purchases are final, and no refunds shall be offered after the purchase is made. Failure to complete the course does not qualify the customer for a refund. 


Intellectual Property:

3.1. The Masterclass and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and audio recordings, are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks.

3.2. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any of the Masterclass content without prior written consent from Three Point Social.

3.3 This Masterclass contains recorded online meetings that contain language that may not be appropriate for children under the age of 18.


Prohibited Conduct:

4.1. You agree not to use the Masterclass for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4.2. You shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Masterclass or the experience of other users.

4.3. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Masterclass, including other users' accounts or personal information.

4.4. Three Point Social reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Masterclass for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.


Disclaimer of Warranties:

5.1. The Masterclass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Three Point Social makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Masterclass, including without limitation, the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of its content.

5.2. Three Point Social disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


Limitation of Liability:

6.1. In no event shall Three Point Social or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Masterclass.

6.2. You agree to release and hold harmless Three Point Social from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the Masterclass.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.


Modifications to the Terms:

8.1. Three Point Social reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Masterclass website.

8.2. Your continued use of the Masterclass after the posting of any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.


By using the Social Media Strategy for Small Business Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
